Agricultural Concrete Foreman 

Middlesex Concrete Forming is looking for a Concrete Foreman. The position will offer an opportunity to run your own projects with a team of labourers. Jobsites are primarily agricultural in the Strathroy, Watford, Forest, Parkhill areas.

Benefits:

Company Van filled with tools (also used for daily commute)

Paid Travel to Jobsite

10% Company pension (3% by employee, 7% by employer)

Fully paid benefit plan

Boot Allowance

2 weeks vacation, 3 weeks after 5 years

Overtime pay after 44 hours

Qualifications:

Preferably 5 years experience in concrete forming

Able to read blueprints and layout footings/ walls

Experience with Duraforms

Able to delegate work to crew members

Agriculture knowledge

Communication skills

Valid G License
